I’m a huge french fry lover. Like huge. I can pretty much eat them all day, everyday and with everything. Whenever I order a salad at a restaurant you can bet that I’ll be ordering a side of fries with it too. Because, balance.
Sometimes the urge hits and I just don’t have the time or energy to meticulously slice and cut my potatoes 😉 While I no longer fry my potatoes at home (I use an Acti-Fry machine, it’s seriously amazing), I can still get lazy and not want to go through that whole cutting process. So this five minute fry hack using store bought fries and a homemade sauce is just what the doctor ordered.
It shouldn’t even be a recipe but the sauce is soooo good that I needed to write it down for you guys. And while I am a huge proponent of homemade meals, sometimes there just isn’t enough time in the day. Having some back up options that are semi homemade are still way healthier than ordering take out, and more cost efficient.
Read on for the fry tips and the amazing chipotle mayo recipe that I’m obsessed with!
