I’m all about that easy dinner recipe and the same thing naturally goes for my cocktails! Easy drinks with minimal ingredients are a must, especially when having guests over. And the most important criteria? Something delicious and bubbly that my girlfriends will love! I’ve partnered up with St-Germain to bring you just that! Read on to discover their classic St-Germain cocktail (plus a second variation!) that you need to make for this weekend’s girl’s gathering!
St-Germain has been one of my go to’s for cocktails for quite sometime. It pairs well with Vodka just as well as it does with Champagne- and can we talk about the bottle?!It’s just perfect for your bar cart! For those of you not familiar with it- it’s an Elderflower liqueur made from flowers picked in the French Alps. Fancy right?!
This St-Germain combination is so easy to make- and so delicious. Chances are you probably have the three ingredients at home- making it ideal for those impromptu nights with your friends!
All you need is some St-Germain, a little bubbly and a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with a little lemon and you’re all set.
Looking for a variation to this cocktail? Try adding a little strawberry simple syrup or gently crushed strawberries to the mix. It adds just a touch of sweetness!

This post has been sponsored by St-Germain. As always, opinions are my own! I often use St-Germain in my cocktails and so this was a perfect partnership! Make sure to check out this Pear Sangria that I posted a few months back!
