Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a large bowl add you wet ingredients: Milk, egg, brown sugar, vanilla, and butter. Mix well together and then incorporate apple cider.
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Pour mixture into pastry bag or a large ziplop bag. If using ziploc bag, trim off a small piece of the corner to create a hole that you will pipe the donut mixture from. Spray donut pan with baking spray. Pour mixture into donut molds, creating 12 equal donuts. Bake for 12 minutes or until set. Let cool 3-4 minutes then remove from tray and onto cooling rack. Once cooled, dip donuts into butter and then cinnamon sugar mixture.
