Healthy Baked Chocolate Banana Oats

Baked Oats with a banana chocolate filling
Servings 1 serving

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup smushed banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • chocolate chips to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Blend everything together except for the chocolate chips.
    Pour into a greased ramekin and top with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
    20 minutes - more gooey center
    25 minutes- firmer consistency
  • Remove from heat, let cool slightly as ramekin will be hot.
    Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This portion yields one large ramekin or 2 smaller ramekins/muffin cups
