Room Reveal: Pink Office Tour with Palm Beach Vibes

When we decided to get an office set up in the house, I just knew it was going to be a space that reflected me.

I adore color, pink in particular, as well as fun decorative objects. I live for this kind of stuff! But Ara? He is 100 percent the opposite! He would love it if we lived in an all white house with just the bare essentials! We are total opposites when it comes to this. And while he is becoming quite open to some of the decor choices we have on the go- he’s still not too keen on some of the things I adore! Mainly gold and pink!

So the best compromise? Give me a room that’s all mine, to decorate as I wish.

Now, he does use the office space too. But very minimally and not long enough to warrant any say in the decision making process 😉

And I’m thankful for that, because let’s just say I went a little overboard here. Office for 1?! Check!

I wanted to have lots of pink (we have a pink wall, and my cabana striped curtains). I wanted a place for all my blog props (I tried to keep them tidy in IKEA storage boxes), and I wanted pops of gold with a little hint of a Palm Beach vibe. Check and check!

In the end, the office came out exactly as I envisioned. I perhaps regret not painting the whole office pink, but maybe that would have been overboard, I’m not sure! Regardless I love getting work done in here- it’s definitely my happy place and in a house overrun with toys, its my little corner. Did you catch my Christmas decorations here a while back?
