The perfect treat for the end of summer, these Strawberry + Watermelon Homemade Boozy Popsicles are so easy to make!
A few weeks we had guests over and I wanted to make an adult friendly dessert. Nothing too sweet or heavy, and maybe a little fun. I opted to make these Strawberry + Watermelon Homemade Boozy Popsicles.
It was a pool party so something cold was definitely necessary!
They were so easy to make! I did play around with the ingredients quite a bit because the vodka does taste pretty strong.
Vodka doesn’t freeze but the other components do, so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t too heavy tasting.
Adding agave syrup really cut the strong taste for me- you could also add some citrus to make it a little lighter.
You could also totally use other fruit instead of what I used! Cantaloupe or pineapple would be so good!
