Say hello to this easy easy DIY just in time for Easter weekend! Just grab a linen and let’s get started!
You guys know that I love to throw a good party– but truth be told, I am more interested in planning the details than actually creating the magic 😉 I’m more team Amazon than team DIY. But, every now and then, I can get my act together and create something super easy and cute!
This Easter Bunny Napkin Setting is just that- so easy, but also the cutest!
It’s perfect for any size party- whether it’s just you and your kids or if you’re getting the whole extended family together. You have everything you need at home and it comes together in minutes!
Speaking of, here’s what you need:
- Linens
- Twine or Ribbon
- Eggs
As for the eggs, feel free to use real ones, painted ones, or even plastic ones!
I think this is a super easy way to get the table decorated without breaking a sweat. My kind of table!
And here’s the best part:
You don’t even have to worry about ironing those linens. Oh yeah, music to our ears! Because we’ll be rolling our linens, any old wrinkles won’t even matter. I don’t know about you, but some of these table linens are so hard to iron. It’s like they make it near impossible. Also, with two toddlers, you can bet I seldom iron my napkins! It’s just a fact 😉
Anyways let’s get to this cutie Easter Bunny Napkin Setting! Honestly, it’s so cute you are going to love it!
Let’s get started!
- Step 1: Fold your linen into a triangle
- Step 2: Start rolling or folding your linen, from the open side all the way down to the closed end. It doesn’t have to be perfect but try to keep the folds or rolls the same width.
- Step 3: Create a U shape by bringing the ends together. Take a piece of twine or ribbon and tie a small bow towards the end of the arch of the U.
- Step 4: Add your egg into the space between the ribbon and the linen. I like to flop one of the ‘ears’ over as well but it’s not necessary!
And there you have it! A super easy DIY that you literally can’t mess up! These are so cute and are bound to be a hit at your table! Happy Easter weekend!
