A little sweet with a little heat, these easy spicy pineapple margaritas are sure to be on repeat this summer!!
While I’m generally a Wine girl, the cocktail of my choice is most definitely a margarita. I like mine citrusy with a bit of heat but every now and then I like to change it up. Enter these spicy Pineapple Margaritas!
The pineapple definitely helps offset the tequila and the heat- but it’s still a little spicy and perfect! I like mine over ice and with a tanjin rim- which apparently is all the rage!
Besides its pretty color, it’s a nice alternative to a salt rim which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.
The beauty of the pineapple is that it’s sweet enough that you really don’t need to any any additional sweetener, either in agave form or in alcohol form. It’s the perfect combination with the tequila- I prefer blanco tequila for his of course!
Not a fan of pineapple?

I love a dehydrated citrus slice on top for a little fancy touch- I actually just shared this tutorial on Instagram and it’s a good one!
