An easy and fun twist on a summer staple, these Peach Pineapple Moscow Mules are bound to be a cocktail favourite!
When Ara and I were in Florida earlier this year, we had lunch at the cutest spot by the beach in Fort Lauderdale, Casablanca Cafe.
It had a great view of the beach, yummy food and of course great cocktails. While I didn’t get to try any of these cocktails ( I had the ever so interesting drink of lemonade), Ara did. His fave? The Peach Pineapple Moscow Mule that he claimed was amazing.
When we got back I decided to put him to work and try to recreate that same drink. Since it will be quite a few weeks still until I get to try it out myself, I put my trust in him and he’s taken over the recipe making!
Fun fact, Ara was a bartender in his University days- so I am fairly confident in his ability to make a good cocktail!!
It’s light, slightly fruity but still has that Moscow Mule taste that everyone loves! It’s also ridiculously easy to make, which is pretty much my top criteria for a cocktail!
While you could pretty much serve it in anything, I adore these Moscow Mule cups that I purchased a while back!
Read on for the cocktail and cheers!!
